What is the meaning of the scholars' saying about Allah: "Separate from His creation"?

The truth is that we should not declare anyone who faces the Qibla as an unbeliever. The meaning of the Salaf's saying, "separate from His creation," is that He does not touch them. The Salaf of the Ummah and its Imams have unanimously agreed that the Creator, glorified be He, is separate from His creations; there is nothing of His creation within His essence, and nothing of His essence within His creations.
