As for "Al-Burhan fi Ulum al-Qur'an" by Al-Zarkashi and "Al-Itqan fi Ulum al-Qur'an" by Al-Suyuti, they are two magnificent books on the sciences of the Qur'an that are indispensable for practitioners of this art, and people after them are reliant on them. It is recommended to acquire and study both, but if you must choose only one, then choose "Al-Itqan".
