Does a triple divorce occur in a state of anger and threat, and can reconciliation be made without an Iddah (waiting period)?

Writing a divorce by way of allusion (kinayah) does not effect a divorce unless there is intention. If you intended to threaten your family and did not intend divorce, then it does not take effect. The responsibility for what you have stated regarding your lack of intention for divorce rests with you.
