What is the ruling on the wife's family who incite her to leave the house and disobey her husband, and what is the ruling on aborting the fetus due to the husband's decision to divorce his wife, knowing that the husband fears Allah in his wife and she is four months pregnant?

It is not permissible for the wife's family or others to corrupt the wife or incite her to disobedience (nushuz); this is considered prohibited enticement (takhbib), which is a grave sin. They must repent and strive to reconcile between the spouses. A wife's obedience to her husband elevates and honors her due to her obedience to her Lord and her husband, and this is not a form of servitude. Both spouses have mutual rights, and men are distinguished by their guardianship (qawamah). Abortion of a fetus is not permissible, and it is advised not to rush into divorce but rather to attempt reconciliation.
