What is the ruling on smiling at women, looking at them, and interacting with them in the field of sales?

If temptation is safeguarded against, and a man adheres to the Sharia regulations, he is permitted to sell to women. These regulations include:

1. Speech: It is permissible only out of necessity to identify the woman and safeguard rights in the sale, without prolonging or exceeding what is needed.

2. Gazing: It is permissible to look at the woman's face for the purpose of the sale to identify her, provided it is not with lust or fear of temptation. It is discouraged for a young woman if there is a fear of temptation.

3. Touching: It is not permissible due to lack of necessity, as touching is a greater temptation than gazing.

4. Smiling: It is not permissible because it leads to emotional inclination and subsequent forbidden acts; it is one of the steps of Satan.

If a man does not feel secure from temptation, he is not permitted to deal with women except out of extreme necessity, while striving to seek an alternative.
