How is the inheritance divided among a mother, a full brother, a paternal half-sister, and four paternal half-brothers?

If the deceased leaves behind only a mother, a full brother, a full sister, and paternal half-siblings, then the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a group of siblings, as Allah Almighty says: "And if he has brothers, then for his mother is one-sixth." The remainder goes to the full brother by 'asabah (residuary heirship), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male relative." The full sister and the paternal half-siblings receive nothing, as they are completely excluded by the full brother. The inheritance is divided into six shares: one share for the mother, and five shares for the full brother. Matters of inheritance must be referred to Sharia courts, as there may be bequests, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
