The answer

This is a charlatan, a sorcerer. It is not permissible to seek his help or to go to him. His embracing of the girl is a reprehensible act that requires repentance. His recitation of verses is a deception to create an illusion of righteousness. This person is not a friend of Allah, for Allah's friends act according to His law and adhere to His commands. She must be content with Allah's decree, be patient, entrust her affairs to Him, and strive in supplication. She must also perform ruqyah (exorcism) according to the Sharia, using the Quran and Sunnah, seeking help only from righteous individuals who perform ruqyah in this manner and do not commit reprehensible acts.
