The people of Paradise will have in it whatever they desire, but their aspirations and desires differ from those of the people of this world after they have been purified and refined. Everything that sound human nature would reject as ugly and immoral, such as pregnancy and childbirth for a man or gender change, the people of Paradise are far removed from it.
