Is the Hadith: "As for Paradise, Allah will create in it a creation and then Allah will marry them to women of Paradise," authentic, and what is its interpretation? Does it mean that a woman will have only one husband in Paradise without co-wives?
Al-Bukhari and Muslim narrate two hadith from Abu Hurayrah and Anas (may Allah be pleased with them) from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that illustrate the filling of Paradise and Hellfire. In the first hadith, Paradise and Hellfire dispute. Hellfire says: "I have been preferred with the arrogant and the oppressors." And Paradise says: "What is wrong with me that only the weak and the fallen among people enter me?" Then Allah says to Paradise: "You are My mercy; I show mercy with you to whomever I wish among My servants." And He says to Hellfire: "You are My torment; I torment with you whomever I wish." And for each of them is its fill. As for Hellfire, it will not be filled until the Almighty places His foot therein, and it will say: "Enough! Enough!" And as for Paradise, Allah will create new beings for it. In the second hadith: Hellfire will continue to say, "Is there any more?" until the Lord of the worlds places His foot therein, and it will say: "Enough! Enough!" And Paradise will continue to have surplus until Allah creates new beings for it.
The two hadith indicate that Allah will create a new creation whom He will cause to inhabit the surplus of Paradise; meaning its vacant dwellings after its inhabitants have entered it. The two hadith do not mention the marriage of this creation or whether they are males or females. A previous answer addressed the question: "Why were males not created like the Hoor al-Ein?" (Fatwa no. 110437).
Furthermore, Allah Almighty forbids coveting what Allah has favored some people with over others, for everyone has their share, and they should ask Allah of His bounty. The questioner is advised to occupy herself with what benefits her, such as beneficial knowledge and righteous deeds that will lead her to Paradise, for whoever attains it will achieve what they wish for and more.
