Is Al-Dahr (Time/Fate) among the Beautiful Names of Allah based on the Hadith: "I am Al-Dahr"?

The muttafaq alayh (agreed upon) Hadith: "The son of Adam harms Me; he curses ad-dahr (time/fate), and I am ad-dahr; in My hand is the command; I alternate night and day," does not indicate that ad-dahr is one of Allah's names. The meaning of the Hadith is that Allah is the Administrator and Alternator of ad-dahr and the matters attributed to it. So, whoever curses ad-dahr is as if he has cursed Allah. Scholars have clarified that ad-dahr is not one of Allah's names because it is an inanimate noun that carries no meaning other than a name for times, and because the context of the Hadith refutes that by His saying: "I alternate night and day," and these are ad-dahr; so, how can the alternated be the alternator?
