Do mosques possess barakah (blessing/divine grace)?

Mosques are the houses of Allah and the most beloved places to Him. Whoever sits in them, awaiting prayer, the angels pray for him and his sins are forgiven. Acts of worship performed therein receive multiplied reward. That is the blessing of the mosque. However, seeking physical blessings from its walls and dust is not prescribed. The three mosques: Al-Masjid Al-Haram, the Mosque of the Prophet (peace be upon him), and Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa, are the greatest mosques in blessing and reward.
