Is it permissible to recite the Quran aloud with a speaking pen during prayer?

The talking electronic pen is a beneficial technology for memorizing and learning the Qur'an and improving its recitation, but it is not permissible to be preoccupied with it during prayer, because the status of prayer is not a status for learning. Sheikh Al-Barrak advised memorizing what is easy from the Qur'an, reciting it, and repeating it in prayer, and that learning should be outside of prayer. A woman can pray with what she has memorized, or read from the Mushaf if she needs to.
