Is it permissible to interrupt an 'Umrah due to the loss of family and psychological illness, especially if the 'Umrah is on behalf of a deceased person who was unaware of the prohibition of interrupting it?

The 'Umrah must be completed once it has been commenced, based on the Almighty's saying: "And complete the Hajj and 'Umrah for Allah." Whoever interrupts it must remain in their state of ihram, refrain from its prohibitions, and then go to Makkah to complete the rites. If that is not possible, then they are considered to be prevented (muḥṣar) and must offer a sacrifice (hady). If unable to do so, they must fast for ten days. One who commits prohibitions out of ignorance incurs no sin, but one who does so knowingly must offer a fidyah for each prohibition.
