If the virus is contagious and harmful to others, then it is not permissible to circumvent the disclosure of infection in the health card by bribery or other means, because the action of the guardian (ruler) is based on public interest. This circumvention is a forbidden violation, a breach of conditions, a forbidden deception, and an act of harm and aggression. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions" and "There should be no harm nor reciprocating harm."

However, if the disease is not contagious and does not harm others, and the procedure is arbitrary, then it is permissible to circumvent it to get rid of it, as it is considered an act of injustice.

The money earned in both cases is lawful if the disease does not affect work performance, with the necessity of repentance in the first case for cheating and deception.
