Is it better to pray in the mosque or in the office in congregation to save work time? And is praying with the employer in the office, who may delay or forget the prayer, better than going to the mosque?

Congregational prayer in the mosque is better than congregational prayer at work, due to its obligation in the mosque according to many jurists. They cite the hadith of the blind man and the Prophet's intention to burn the houses of those who failed to attend, as well as Ibn Mas'ud's statement: "And if you were to pray in your homes as this laggard prays in his home, you would abandon the Sunnah of your Prophet. And if you abandon the Sunnah of your Prophet, you would go astray." The imams of the Muslims have agreed that establishing the five daily prayers in the mosques is among the greatest acts of worship. Therefore, it is obligatory to pray in the mosque as long as the employer does not prevent it. The employer can be reminded about the prayer after returning from the mosque.
