Is the woman who dies during childbirth, and does not pray and owes days from Ramadan, considered a martyr as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) informed?

The woman who dies due to childbirth or pregnancy is considered a martyr, based on the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: “Martyrs are seven, besides those killed in the way of Allah: the one who dies of plague is a martyr, the one who drowns is a martyr, the one who dies of pleurisy is a martyr, the one who dies of an internal disease is a martyr, the one who dies by fire is a martyr, the one who dies under rubble is a martyr, and the woman who dies in childbirth is a martyr.”

As for the one who abandons prayer, according to the majority of scholars, they do not exit the fold of Islam. The woman who dies in childbirth is considered a martyr, and it is hoped that this martyrdom will be a reason for the expiation of her sins, due to his (peace be upon him) saying: “Every sin of a martyr is forgiven, except debt.”

However, according to the view of Imam Ahmad and those who agree with him, who consider the one who abandons prayer to be a disbeliever, she would have no share in Islam or martyrdom.
