Who inherits from Salim after his death, given the presence of a paternal grandfather, father, paternal uncle, and maternal uncle, and how is the inheritance divided?

If the deceased leaves behind only males, then the father is the sole heir, as he is the closest 'asabah (agnate). The grandfather and paternal uncle are excluded in the presence of the father. As for the maternal uncle, he is among the 'dhawu al-arham' (relatives by blood, but not heirs) and does not inherit when there is an 'asabah' or a 'sahib fard' (fixed share heir). The father should provide for these individuals from the estate, based on the saying of Allah the Almighty: "And when [other] relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the division [of inheritance], then provide for them [something] out of it and speak to them words of appropriate kindness."
