According to the Maliki school and others, is the prayer of a person with interrupted سلس (urinary incontinence) invalidated if he performs ablution after the prayer time has begun without waiting for the interruption to cease, and is it permissible for him to avail himself of the concession granted to a person with uncontrolled سلس?

If the person afflicted with سلس (incontinence) knows that the discharge will cease at a specific time sufficient for ablution and prayer, then he must delay the prayer until the time of cessation. This is because he can perform the prayer when the discharge has stopped, thus he is considered not excused. His prayer would be invalid if he performs ablution and prays while the discharge is occurring, despite having the ability to delay. However, if the cessation of the discharge is not predictable, then the ruling for a person afflicted with سلس whose discharge does not cease, according to some scholars, applies to him.
