Is it impermissible to enter the restroom with a Mus'haf in one's pocket, and what should one do upon forgetting the Mus'haf and entering the restroom with it?

If someone enters the lavatory while carrying a Mus'haf forgetfully:

1. If he has not yet begun to relieve himself: He should exit immediately, place the Mus'haf outside, and then return to relieve himself.

2. If he has begun to relieve himself: He should cover the Mus'haf with something if it is exposed, and there is no further issue after that.
