The answer

The treatment stems from within, by realizing that life's problems are of varying degrees, and the easiest among them are those related to psychological emotions. This is achieved by occupying oneself with righteous and productive deeds that benefit the individual and society in this world and the Hereafter, such as seeking employment, committing to Quranic study circles, joining charitable organizations, enrolling in training courses, and elevating personal acts of worship. This beautiful life enriches a person, making them independent of others, and guarantees them success and progress, making their life in the path of Allah. Even if an opportunity does not materialize, they will have spent their time and life in righteous living and beneficial deeds. One should avoid excessive mingling with people, as it can have corrupting effects on the heart and soul, potentially causing worry and grief, squandering interests, and preoccupying the mind. The beneficial rule is to mix with people for good, such as in Friday prayers and congregational prayers, and to distance oneself from them in evil and excessive permissible matters. As for lineage, do not hesitate to continue attributing yourself to your biological father, as this is a religious obligation. These pieces of advice will lead to a radical change in your life and yourself, for when the self changes, what is around you and who is around you will change.
