How is the inheritance divided among the heirs of a deceased person who has: a son and a daughter from the first wife, a daughter from the second wife, two wives, two parents, and siblings?

The estate of a man who died leaving behind a father, a mother, brothers, two wives, one son, and two daughters is divided as follows:

The father receives one-sixth, and the mother receives one-sixth, based on Allah’s Almighty words: (And for his parents, each of them gets one sixth of what he left if he had a child) [An-Nisa: 11]. The two wives collectively receive one-eighth, sharing it, based on Allah’s Almighty words: (But if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you leave) [An-Nisa: 12]. The remainder goes to his children from the two wives, with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females, based on Allah’s Almighty words: (Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females) [An-Nisa: 11].

The brothers receive nothing, as they are excluded by the presence of the father and the son, and the people of knowledge have reached a consensus on this matter.
