Is it obligatory to believe the words of astronomers that horoscopes affect people's characteristics, and is what they say in daily horoscopes true or forbidden?

The claim that a person's characteristics are determined at birth by the stars is incorrect, because the stars were created for three purposes: as an adornment for the sky, as projectiles against devils, and as signs by which people are guided. Whoever interprets them otherwise has erred. Reality disproves this, as we see people of the same age with different characteristics. The science of stars is divided into two parts: computational, which is permissible, and divinatory, which is forbidden if its proponents claim knowledge of the unseen or that the stars inherently influence events. This latter type may even be considered disbelief. The horoscopes that claim to foretell a person's fortune are a form of divination (kahana) that is prohibited, because believing in them is considered disbelief in what was revealed to Muhammad, and no one knows the unseen except Allah.
