Is it correct to say that Tajweed is an attribute of the speech of Allah, the Mighty and Exalted, and what is the evidence for that if it is correct?

Tajwid is giving the letters their due and proper arrangement. It is the adornment of recitation and the beauty of reading. The Qur'an was revealed in a clear Arabic tongue, and the Companions learned the recitation from the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, who in turn learned it from Gabriel, peace be upon him, with tajwid, as Ibn al-Jazari stated. The science of tajwid was partly derived from the Arabic language and from reading from shaykhs, and some of its issues involved ijtihad (independent reasoning). What goes beyond the fundamental performance is subject to ijtihad, and this is what the Salaf (early Muslims) censured in some reciters, such as Hamzah. Tajwid, as an act of the servant, is an improvement of his performance and recitation of the word of Allah, and it is created. As for the word of Allah, the Exalted, it is one of His attributes, uncreated, with its letters, words, and sound. There is a difference between the uncreated word of Allah and the action of the servant, which is a vessel for the word of Allah, for everything that emanates from the servant and his action is created.
