Is it permissible to use a face-slimming strap for the lower face and double chin, knowing that it is not a surgical intervention?

A face shaper is an elastic compression bandage wrapped around the face, used to slim it, burn excess fat, and lift a double chin. It appears that its use is permissible and does not fall under the prohibited alteration of Allah's creation.
