What is the ruling on a woman traveling for work, both domestically and abroad, whether accompanied by colleagues or alone?

It is not permissible for a Muslim woman to travel except with a mahram, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "It is not lawful for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to travel for a day and a night unless she is accompanied by a mahram." She must also fear Allah in her work, where she mixes with men, and adhere to her decision to stay in her home and veil herself from men, to prevent fitna, preserve chastity, and purify hearts.
