Is "If you become secure in your flock, healthy in your body, possessing your day's sustenance, then say unto the world: 'Woe!'" a Prophetic Hadith?

However, Al-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, Al-Bukhari in Al-Adab Al-Mufrad, and others narrated that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever among you wakes up secure in his dwelling, healthy in his body, with his sustenance for the day, it is as if the whole world has been gathered for him." This is a hasan (good) hadith.
