How authentic is the Hadith narrated by Anas ibn Malik concerning the supplication for protection taught by the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, which is recited every morning to ward off harm?

This Hadith, in this wording, has not been found attributed to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, in the books of Sunnah. Some parts of it have been mentioned in several books with chains of transmission that are debated, therefore, it is not permissible to attribute it to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. There is no harm in supplicating with it without adhering to specific times or numbers, and without believing in a specific reward, due to the absence of anything proven in that regard from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
