How authentic is the Hadith concerning the supplication (du'a) of Anas ibn Malik when he came before Al-Hajjaj, and concerning the supplication recited every morning?

Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) experienced a situation with Al-Hajjaj bin Yusuf Al-Thaqafi, where Al-Hajjaj insulted him after he came to him. Anas condemned this, and the news reached the Caliph Abd Al-Malik bin Marwan, who rebuked Al-Hajjaj and ordered him to apologize to Anas. Al-Tabarani also mentioned that when Al-Hajjaj asked Anas about the horses of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) compared to Al-Hajjaj's horses, Anas replied that the Messenger's horses were for jihad, while Al-Hajjaj's horses were for ostentation. When Al-Hajjaj became angry, Anas mentioned that he had learned a supplication from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that protected him from every devil and tyrant, and he refused to teach it to Al-Hajjaj, who requested it humbly. The supplication is: "In the Name of Allah, upon myself and my religion. In the Name of Allah, upon what my Lord, Exalted and Glorified be He, has bestowed upon me. I associate nothing with Him. Protect me from every accursed devil and every stubborn tyrant. Indeed, my Protector is Allah, Who revealed the Book, and He takes care of the righteous. But if they turn away, then say, 'Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. Upon Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.'"
