How is the inheritance of a deceased person who left forty thousand Dirhams and a house distributed, given that he has a mother, a sister, and a paternal uncle's son, and does his paternal uncle's son inherit?

The inheritance is divided as follows: The mother receives one-third (two shares) due to the absence of a direct descendant or multiple siblings, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if he has no child and his parents inherit him, then for his mother is one-third." The sister receives one-half (three shares) due to the absence of a male ascendant or a direct descendant for the deceased, and the absence of a male agnate who would share with her, based on the Almighty's saying: "If a man dies, having no child, and he has a sister, then for her is half of what he left." The remaining portion goes to the paternal male cousin by 'asabah (one share), based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the closest male heir."
