What is meant by the Prophetic Hadith: "If a man narrates a Hadith and then turns around, it is a trust"?

If a man speaks a statement and then looks around cautiously, it is an amanah (trust), meaning the statement must be kept secret and not disclosed. This is because looking around indicates that he fears someone might hear it and requests that it be kept confidential.
