I have been offered an imamate in Germany; what is your opinion on this?

If you are fit for the imamate and feel safe from temptations, then agree to lead, while being keen on sincerity to Allah and inviting to Him through good example and kind words. But if you are not fit, or fear for yourself, then do not risk your religion.
