Is there any textual evidence from the Sunnah or the noble Companions for saying: "In the heavens is Your dominion, on earth is Your sovereignty, and in the sea is Your might"? And is this phrase specific to Allah Almighty's dominion in the heavens only?

Praise and laudation of Allah in the Friday sermon should be confined to what is established in Islamic law. It is preferable to avoid ambiguous phrases, such as "O King of the heavens and O Sovereign of the earth," because Allah's dominion, sovereignty, greatness, and might encompass all His creation. His creation is greater than the creation of humans, and His signs are evident in souls and on earth. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and to Him belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is therein.
