Is it permissible for someone who purchased a car unlawfully to recite the supplication for buying a riding animal and mounting it?

The prescribed remembrances are legislated at the time of purchasing and riding. A Muslim incurs sin through forbidden transactions. Uttering 'Bismillah' (In the name of Allah) is forbidden for acts inherently unlawful, such as fornication and drinking alcohol. However, uttering 'Bismillah' is not forbidden when eating usurped food. It is obligatory for anyone who has engaged in a forbidden transaction to repent to Allah and rid themselves of it.
