Does God truly reject the servant's return and destroy him for his sin, despite his vacillation between good and evil?

Allah Almighty is Most Generous; He accepts the repentance of those who repent and rejoices in it, and He aids them in it. Therefore, the servant must correct his repentance according to its recognized conditions and abandon oscillation between good and evil. He should regret all his sins and return injustices to their rightful owners or seek their forgiveness. There is no need for despair or discontentment with trials, as they may be a purification and expiation for sins. One must look at those who are in a lower state in this world, recall Allah's blessings and be grateful for them, and strive for steadfastness by preserving the obligatory acts, increasing voluntary acts, associating with the righteous, adhering to remembrance [of Allah] and supplication, and contemplating the Hereafter.
