Is mint considered one of the prohibited pleasant scents while in a state of Ihram?

Mint is not among the perfumes (tayyib), rather it is closer to the Persian basil (rayhan) which resembles jasmine. Despite its pleasant smell, it is not considered a perfume, unlike the well-known basil.
