What is the ruling on obtaining a university scholarship that requires a certificate of unemployment, given that I am employed and my salary does not cover my daily needs?

It is not permissible to falsify a certificate of unemployment to obtain the financial grant allocated to unemployed students, because falsification is forbidden in Islamic law and is considered a major sin. Also, permissible conditions in contracts are binding, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
