What is the ruling on delaying the forbidding of evil until another day to inform the Imam of the mosque about the errors that have become widespread among the worshippers?

Advising and enjoining good and forbidding evil is an obligation upon every Muslim, according to their ability and knowledge, and is not exclusive to imams. This is in accordance with the saying of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him): "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart — and that is the weakest of faith." Therefore, effort must be exerted in inviting to Allah and advising worshippers and others, while adhering to wisdom, good counsel, and gentleness. If some do not accept advice, then it should be conveyed to whoever is most likely to accept it, such as the mosque imam. It is permissible to delay the denouncement of some evils for a preponderant benefit.
