What is the solution for a wife who suffers from her husband's constant suspicion of her and all her actions, to the point of accusing her of infidelity, while he refuses treatment? And is she sinful for abandoning his bed and raising her voice at him, given her fear of divorce due to his advanced age and worsening illness?

It is recommended to supplicate and humble oneself before Allah to remove worry and distress. The wife may seek a divorce due to harm resulting from the husband's suspicion and excessive jealousy, with the possibility of consulting psychiatrists and performing ruqya (Islamic exorcism).

It is preferable for the mother to be patient and treat her husband with kindness, and to consistently recite protective invocations.

Deserting the husband in bed with his consent is permissible. However, if it is without his consent, a woman's refusal to obey her husband in bed without a valid excuse is a major sin.

There is no sin upon the wife if she retaliates in kind without aggression when her husband accuses or insults her. However, patience and forgiveness are better.
