The relationship between a man and a non-mahram woman has strict legal boundaries, including: the absence of khalwa (private seclusion), the woman not speaking in a soft and alluring manner (khudu' bil-qawl), not displaying her inner adornments, and the man lowering his gaze. Conversation between them is permissible without khalwa or khudu' bil-qawl if temptation is secure and there is a recognized need; otherwise, it is prohibited. Teaching and dealing with women are permissible within the stipulated guidelines, and it is preferable to avoid volunteer work in training them unless there is a need, in order to minimize mixing.
