What is the authenticity of the Hadith attributed to Ibn Majah which states that the repentance of a young person lifts the torment from the people of the graves between the East and the West for forty days, and the phrase, "May Allah illuminate the face of whoever reads this Hadith and conveys it"?

The statement mentioned regarding the lifting of torment from a graveyard by the passing of a scholar and a student has no basis from the Prophet (peace be upon him) and is not mentioned in the books of Hadith. It is not the hadith "May Allah brighten the face of a man who hears my saying and conveys it." What approximates this meaning has been mentioned, such as, "If a scholar and a student pass by a village, Allah lifts the torment from the graveyard of that village for forty days," but it has no basis. Similarly, what was reported from Anas ibn Malik about the lifting of grave torment from the dead in Ramadan is not authentic. Therefore, it is not permissible to attribute such sayings to the Prophet (peace be upon him), because they are fabricated and 거짓 (false) hadiths. The Prophet (peace be upon him) warned against narrating from him what is believed to be a lie.
