Is this considered participation in spreading corruption, especially if a girl performs the advertisement? And is the pressure to approve of this considered an exaggerated scrupulousness?

It is permissible to advertise on satellite channels that are not aimed at spreading corruption or deviant ideology, under two conditions: that the product is permissible, and that the advertisement adheres to Sharia guidelines. There is no objection to advertising on channels that broadcast some objectionable content if their policy is not to corrupt society. However, it is preferable to advertise on committed or conservative channels.
