What is the authenticity of the two Prophetic hadiths: “Learn Arabic and teach it to people,” and “Whoever learns the language of a people is safe from their cunning”?

"Learn Arabic and teach it to the people" is not a prophetic hadith, but rather a saying attributed to Umar ibn al-Khattab, and it was also reported as a saying of Ubayy ibn Ka'b. As for "Whoever learns the language of a people is safe from their cunning," it has no origin in the well-known books of Sunnah, even if its meaning is sound.
