Is the mother sinful for denying her husband, who violates her rights and abuses her, and is it permissible for the husband to demand his rights while he does not fulfill any of his wife's rights?

If a man calls his wife to his bed, she must obey him, based on the hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): “If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses, and he spends the night angry with her, the angels curse her until morning.” And according to Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah: “She must obey him if he requests her to his bed, and that is an obligatory duty upon her.” As for the husband’s shortcomings in her rights, such as maintenance or ill-treatment, these do not permit her to refuse him if he calls her to his bed. He is not allowed to take her private money except with her permission, and severe beating is oppression. If she is harmed, she has the right to seek divorce (talaq) or khula’. If she agrees to remain, she must respond to him. If they agree that she stays without intercourse, that is permissible.
