What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a wife who denies her husband his marital rights after childbirth, given that the husband resorted to masturbation, and is his action considered a sin?

What a wife does by denying her husband his right to the bed is not permissible, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "If I were to command anyone to prostrate to anyone, I would have commanded the wife to prostrate to her husband. And a woman does not fulfill all of Allah's rights upon her until she fulfills all of her husband's rights upon her, even if he were to ask for herself while she is on the back of a camel, she should give it to him." And his saying: "If a man calls his wife to his bed and she does not come to him, and he spends the night angry with her, the angels curse her until morning." However, this does not justify masturbation, for it is forbidden and harmful.
