The answer

A person must look for another job where they can perform the prayer. If they cannot find another job and are in need of this one, then it is permissible for them to pray in a pure spot within the bathroom. The prayer will be valid, though disliked, if there is no need, but the dislike is removed with need. If the place of prostration or sitting is impure, then the prayer is not valid unless a pure object is placed on which to pray. Praying in the bathroom is disliked because it is a dwelling place for devils, but the prayer performed therein is valid. Praying before its prescribed time is not valid. Therefore, if praying before time conflicts with praying in the bathroom within the prescribed time, with the aforementioned stipulations, then praying in the bathroom becomes the determined option.
