The intended meaning is that Dhul-Qarnayn reached the westernmost point and saw the sun as if it were setting in the surrounding sea from his perspective, and that the word 'ayn' (spring) in Arabic can also refer to the sea.

Regarding the term "Usuli" (fundamentalist), it originally refers to a scholar of the principles of jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh). However, infidel media outlets use it to describe Muslims who adhere to their religion, with the aim of distorting and alienating them.
