Is a Muslim man obligated to marry a non-Muslim woman who presents Islam upon marriage to him, and is not marrying her considered an acceptance of disbelief?

A man is not obligated to marry a woman who has expressed a desire for Islam, even if he agrees to marry her. His refusal is not considered an approval of disbelief.
