Is it permissible to name a newborn "Muhammad Dayyan," given that the Prophet was called "Dayyan al-Arab" and Ali ibn Abi Talib was called "al-Dayyan," meaning the judge?

There is no objection to naming someone "Dayyan," as it is free from any prohibitions, even though it implies greatness and dominance, and its meaning is the Mighty Judge. It is permissible to use it as a standalone name or as part of a compound name. However, it is preferable to choose the best and most beautiful names for the newborn. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was referred to as "Dayyan of the Arabs," and Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, was referred to as "Dayyan of this Ummah," both in the sense of a judge and a ruler.
