Is a woman who has sexual frigidity towards men due to being sexually harassed as a child rewarded the same as a married woman?

1 min readAlso available in العربية

The fundamental principle regarding marriage is that it is recommended (mandub). There is no sin upon a woman who does not desire men if she chooses not to marry, as Sheikh Ibn Baz indicated. While there is immense reward for a married woman who is a good companion to her husband, an unmarried woman can still attain reward by striving in other acts of obedience, for the doors of good deeds are wide open.
