Is a good dream a harbinger in its outward appearance, or after it has been interpreted by a dream interpreter?

Glad tidings are righteous visions that bring good news and cause joy. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, clarified that a righteous vision is from Allah, and a bad vision is from Satan. So, whoever sees a good vision, let him praise Allah for it and tell those he loves. And whoever sees a vision he dislikes, let him seek refuge with Allah from Satan and not tell anyone about it, for it will not harm him.
